By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Website.

Liberty Swap is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform that enables users to access and interact with a non-custodial, permissionless protocol (the "Protocol") on public blockchains.
The Website is just one interface for accessing the Liberty Swap Protocol. You are solely responsible for connecting your self-custodied wallet to interact with the Protocol. We do not have custody, access, or control over any assets held in your wallet.
2. Modification of the Agreement
Liberty Swap may update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
3. Eligibility
To use the Website, you must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering a binding contract. You must not be located in a jurisdiction subject to U.S. or international sanctions or other restrictions.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Website, including its design, content, software, and branding, are owned or licensed by Liberty Swap. The Protocol may use open-source components, but the Website is proprietary.
5. Description of Services

- Trade digital assets
- Provide or withdraw liquidity
- Participate in farms or governance (if applicable)
Liberty Swap does not operate liquidity pools nor control trades. Trading occurs directly between users through smart contracts.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Engage in market manipulation or wash trading
- Use the Website to conduct illegal activities
- Attempt to exploit or hack the Protocol
- Scrape or mine data from the Website
- Use the Website in jurisdictions where it is restricted
7. No Investment Advice
Liberty Swap does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation.
8. Non-Custodial Platform
Liberty Swap is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold or manage your funds. You are responsible for your wallet security, private keys, and any transactions you initiate.
9. Taxes and Compliance
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your local tax laws and regulations. Liberty Swap does not provide tax documentation or reporting.
10. Risks and Assumption of Liability
Using blockchain technology comes with inherent risks including:
- High volatility of digital assets
- Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
- Potential regulatory changes
- Risk of impermanent loss when providing liquidity
By using the Website, you assume full responsibility for these risks.
11. Third-Party Links and Resources
The Website may link to third-party services or promotions. Liberty Swap does not endorse or take responsibility for these third-party offerings.
12. Limitation of Liability
Liberty Swap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or the Protocol, including lost profits, security breaches, or technical failures.
13. Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with Liberty Swap on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action or collective lawsuit.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Liberty Swap and supersedes all prior agreements.
15. Gas Fees
Blockchain interactions require gas fees. You are solely responsible for paying all gas fees associated with your transactions on the Liberty Swap Protocol.
